Richard is responsible for providing the leadership necessary to position Boykin Management Company at the forefront of the hospitality industry. His responsibilities include the development of a strategic plan to advance the company’s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization. He oversees company operations to insure quality, service and cost-effective management of resources.
Richard has over 25 years of combined executive-level experience in hospitality, construction, real estate development, property management and banking. Richard earned a BBA from Ohio University and an MBA from Cleveland State University, and holds a CPA designation from the State of Ohio.
