Boykin Management Company Assumes Management
of Radisson Suite Beach Resort Marco Island
Boykin Management Company, one of the nation’s leading independent management companies, has assumed
day-to-day management operations of the Radisson Suite Beach Resort Marco Island (the
“Radisson Marco”). Further solidifying its management in Florida, the Radisson Marco represents the
seventh hotel in the state and the ninth hotel added to Boykin Management Company’s managed
portfolio in 2003. The all-suite nature of the property makes it an ideal candidate for the future
possibility of a hotel condominium conversion or opportunity of redevelopment. “We are thrilled to

The Radisson Marco is located on the largest of Florida's famous Ten Thousand Islands situated off

In the heart of three and one-half miles of white sand beaches, the Gulf front property offers 233
deluxe one- and two-bedroom suites, ranging from 300 square feet to 962 square feet, with screened
balconies, providing guests with magnificent views. All of the property’s suites contain
kitchenettes. Other resort amenities include over 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting space
capable of accommodating large and small groups, fine dining as well as a casual poolside restaurant
and cabana lounge, a lush tropical outdoor pool and the island’s largest outdoor Jacuzzi whirlpool,
beach volleyball court, a fitness center, supervised children's programs, business center, a video
game room, and extensive outdoor water recreational activities.
