Boykin Management Company Renews Management
Contract With the Hilton Austin Airport
Cleveland, OH, June 28, 2006
Boykin Management Company, one of the industry’s leading independent management companies, has announced that it has entered into a
long-term agreement with the Hilton Austin Airport Hotel in Austin, Texas. The 262-room Hilton Austin Airport Hotel is owned by Austin
Bergstrom Landhost Enterprises (ABLE) and opened in early 2001. The building originally operated as the headquarters for Bergstrom Air
Force Base. FaulknerUSA, contracted by the City of Austin to renovate the hotel won the Texas Construction Magazine Best of 2001 award
in the category of Outstanding Renovation/Restoration project for the hotel.

of the Hilton Austin Airport,” said Grant Sabroff, Senior Vice President of Business Development at Boykin.
The Hilton Austin Airport Hotel is currently ranked within the top 15% of all Hilton Brand Full Service Hotels in the Voice of the
Customer Rankings (the voice of the customer ranks Overall Loyalty, Overall Service, and Problem Free Stay). The Hotel has recently
upgraded its accommodations to the new Hilton Serenity Collection, including Serenity Beds in all 262 rooms, stainless steel
guestroom/bathroom accessories, and Cuisinart single-cup coffee makers.
The Austin Airport Hilton is recognized for its historical and current contributions to the Austin community. A Texas Historical
Commission marker, dedicated in January, 2006, recognized the significance of the building to the state’s military history. The
Army Reserve Ambassadors and Soldiers also recognized the Hotel and its staff at the conclusion of their conference in April, 2006.
The hotel’s accomplishments have also been recognized by Child, Inc. (sponsor of the “Responsible Parenting” program) and the City
of Austin Department of Aviation.
