Boykin Management Company retained to manage the
Comfort Inn Corporate Gateway, Richmond, Virginia
Cleveland – June 12, 2003 – Boykin Management Company, one of the industry’s most respected

Comfort Inn Corporate Gateway Hotel in Richmond, VA. The hotel is owned by Midlothian Limited
Company, LLC.
Located on 4.5 acres, the hotel, a three-story brick building with 153 oversized guest rooms, is
located at 8710 Midlothian Turnpike (Route 60) and at the entrance of Powhite Parkway. The hotel
is 12 miles south of Richmond and fronts the Gateway Center, a multi-tenanted office park. The hotel
offers a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast, two meeting rooms each accommodating up to 50
persons, two board rooms for smaller gatherings, and an inviting landscaped outdoor pool/recreational
