Boykin Management Company assumes management of the
Holiday Inn Minneapolis West, St. Louis Park, Minnesota

signed a contract to manage the 197-room Holiday Inn Minneapolis West Hotel in St. Louis Park, MN.
The Holiday Inn, a seven-story property with a four-story atrium lobby contains 197 guest rooms
(including 35 suites), and is located at 9970 Wayzata Boulevard, eight miles west of downtown
Minneapolis. The hotel is centrally and conveniently located to all major attractions and businesses
in the Twin Cities. The hotel offers over 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, versatile
enough to handle meetings and social events from 10 to 400. All guest rooms offer 25-inch
televisions, ample work space, in-room coffee makers, hair dryers and irons & ironing boards.
