Management of Banana Bay Resort & Marina, Marathon, FL

Boykin Management Company, one of the nation’s leading independent hotel and resort management companies, is pleased to announce its management
of the Banana Bay Resort & Marina
located on Marathon Key, Florida. The property was purchased by the Boykin Lodging Company through a joint
venture and will be redeveloped as a 58-unit luxury condominium hotel with a 34-slip deepwater marina.
The property currently consists of a 65-room hotel on 10 acres directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Banana Bay Resort & Marina is known for its
tropically landscaped grounds, waterfront and poolside Tiki bars, and recreational facilities, including pool, tennis courts, and water sports
facilities. The property includes a marina, boat launching ramp, boat rental, and is a departure point for fishing, diving, sail, and power
charters. Other amenities include an onsite restaurant, conference rooms, outdoor whirlpool, and guest laundry.
